Your $10 reservation is refunded after your Kickstarter pledge is confirmed.
If Mistral does not launch on Kickstarter, or if the Kickstarter campaign is unsuccessful, your $10 reservation will also be refunded.Otherwise, the Founder reservation is non-refundable, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Is the $10 the price of the watch?
No. The $10 is a Founder reservation only. The watch itself will be purchased through Kickstarter.
What happens to my $10?
If you back Mistral on Kickstarter, your $10 Founder reservation will be refunded after your pledge is confirmed.
Do I need to choose my color now?
No. You'll choose your Mistral during the Kickstarter campaign.
What if the Kickstarter campaign doesn't happen?
If Mistral doesn't launch or the Kickstarter campaign is unsuccessful, your $10 reservation will be refunded.
